Re: Getting up
Not for a few weeks I'm afraid! We call it morning boob, but it's any time you get up really. All the blood and swelling fluids rush forwards when you get up, so it's hot and sore. Once your swelling settles, you'll just wake up one morning and realise oh, it's gone!

Re: Getting up
Just when I'm sat down for a while. I get up and say ow with every step. A few weeks :-(
Feel great today after a shower and hair wash.
I can't stop touching them at the top, I get why people call them melons now. At the min I feel like I've had a really good chest workout with some heavy weights. I can cope with that. Your incision pain sounds unpleasant [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] xx

Re: Getting up
I get it too. The same with lying down at night. I just do it incrementally and it helps to make it less overwhelming.
It has eased off a LOT over the last 2 weeks though!!

Re: Getting up
I found it improved ever so slightly every day. It pain was the same but it went quicker. I'm just over 3 weeks now and don't get it all anymore. It'll be gone before you know it and you won't realise xx
