Re: May Buddies
Oh wow I love that you've said you're good at only 2 days post op that's brilliant news. Hope we can say the same!! I'm worrying about sleeping, or not sleeping as I don't cope well with little sleep. But I would rather have big boobs and no sleep!! Xx

Hi. I am excited but also so nervous. Got all my nail varnish off today and my acrylic nails just got to get tummy button ring out. What time you got to leave on Thursday [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ???? I got to wait for phone call on Wednesday to see what time I am going in. Xxxxx

Re: May Buddies
I need to be there for 7am so will leave at 630am. Hubby will come in with me for an hour or so and then will need to take our little one to nursery and come back. I can't believe it's this week!
I need to stop eating at midnight and can just sip water in the morning but nothing else. I get migraines when I fast though so I hope I'll be first on the list and not have to wait about for ages.
There is wifi though so I'll have to speak to you guys to keep me sane and calm! Xx

I keep running through things in my mind - MUST remember to write everything down so its all in one place!
Is anyone taking their V pillow with them to hospital? As I am having uplift too they have said to expect a 2 night stay. Are any other May buddies having an uplift too?

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] i haven't bought one!! Was hoping that the ridiculous amount of normal pillows we have at home would do the trick. Keep adding stuff to my list of things to take with me xx

Re: May Buddies
EmzH it's so exciting isn't it! 2 more sleeps for Littleannie and I!! Eek!!
I've not got a v pillow either. I had every intention of getting one but I'm hoping to make some kind of cosy nest with a double duvet instead and if I feel like I really need one I'll ask hubby to go and pick one up from argos or dunelm for me. Xx

Re: May Buddies
Really good thanks hun. Amazingly well actually so am bracing myself for the pain to come. Only hurts when I change from sitting to standing and vice versa but fine apart from that.
How's your recovery going? Xx

Re: May Buddies
Yeah I've had to rein myself in as feel so well. Definitely taking it easy and resting though. Have you driven yet? I don't need to drive for the next week and a half which is good. How did you hurt yourself, were you lifting stuff or just did too much? Xx
