Hi,
I haven't had fat transfer but have watched a few programmes on TV where women wanting a small increase in bust size have opted for fat transfer instead of a BA. They had much more fat than you will be having transferred as there's was to fill out whole of breast not just a dent. The breast  area I don't think for them was too uncomfortable it was more the area that fat was taken from.
I would imagine the recovery will be quite quick, the area from where the fat is taken from I would think will be tender/feel bruised & the breast area I would imagine would perhaps just feel uncomfortable for a couple of days or so.
Hopefully there may be someone on here that can advise you from experience.
Good luck & do let us know how you get on.
