Feeling so happy, met surgeon! Empty Feeling so happy, met surgeon!

Post by Twinky 26th April 2015, 10:38 am

So am feeling so happy guys, just met with my surgeon Dr Sleiter at HMG. He is so lovely, and we were totally on he same page regarding size and shape too, I showed him all my pics, and he said we could achieve that.
The 375cc was my choice ..and his too!
Tried the 400 and it just wasn't for me...too big for the look I want.My husband was like, babe, NO!
I feel so positive and he answered my list of questions and took all measurements etc.
He said I'm a 32A (ugh, been wearing a 34b) lol! He said he's not a fan of bra's so I can buy a 36D sports bra but said tbh, I would be fine if you went without it throughout your healing process.

Just  wanted to share my good news with you all.

All booked in for June 14th.

Ahhhhh yeah!

Hey
Great that you've liked your surgeon, it's so important to connect.
I was also wearing 34B but my surgeon said I was much smaller...lol

Oh I'd love to not have to wear a bra, I feel so much better without one on!!

Great new about the surgeon - such a good feeling when you meet 'the one'!

Lol muddypaws..you just reminded me of a question I forgot to ask...codeine! I cant have it, gives me mega bad oesophageal spasms :( which is a shame as its amazing for pain relief. Hope they dnt just fob me off with paracetamol....may as well send me home with nothing.
Really hope theres an alternative to the co cod's?

Probably diclofenac. Don't worry there are loads of alternatives to codeine. But paracetamol at its highest dose can be really effective too so don't write it off!

Codeine no good for me, the pain relief is amazing but the bad tummy not worth it, I got by on paracetamol and ibuprofen after a lift and implants, ice was the best pain relief xx

Diamorphine? That could be it muddy? But they would not send you home with that. Codeine or paracetamol is the next best thing but some surgeons don't want you to take ibroprufen as its a blood thinner and interferers with healing xx
