Re: 1st check up went well
Are they plasters or steri strips? My wk2 I had to change my strips daily after a shower, they come off ok. I would lie down and hubs would use clean tweezers to peel them off. Bit panicky the first time, but once it's done you know it'll be ok!

Re: 1st check up went well
Thanks girls! So.. Had the first shower this morning, hurt peeling off the strips- they were really stuck! I felt so scared getting shower as all I could think about was the stitches - same time though it felt soooo good to feel fresh and clean again! I just lay there for a while after shower so could make sure they were fully dry before putting the strips back on! Went out again today and my back kills me still wen I walk for long periods of time! xxxxx
