Advice on multi vitamins/vit c
so.... Was wondering if anyone takes vitamins, recently been under the weather with a cold and think it's due to recent weather change as not normally an ill person and was wondering whether I could take some multi vitamins tablets or vit c in like a berocca style drink?
I ask because I'm 2 weeks and one day from BA but don't want to jeopardise my op if I'm not allowed to take them! Any advice would be greatly appreciated xx

No supplements, the anesthesiologist needs you clean in order to calibrate properly. Just try and eat clean, plenty of fruit and veg, not too much sugar and caffeine. You've plenty of time to get better.
