When can I go without a bra
im 3 weeks post op and going out for the night tomorrow night it will only be for a few hrs so would it be silly of me to think I could get away without wearing a bra ?

You could always call yr clinic just to be on the safe side :)
I know personally I didn't feel ready at that stage, if u do though, its worth an ask :)

I phoned and got told a definite nooooo don't do it for at least 6 weeks as internally they are still healing. Which is what I'd suspected. :-(
