Re: April Buddies
I went to the clinic to get checked over after pain in leftie on weds, basically I've overdone it and caused fluid and swelling. Now been told no lifting or driving for a week, must rest! So hard with my girls, school runs and toddler groups etc but I was doing a lot of lifting earlier in the week so only got myself to blame

Re: April Buddies
Hey everyone! Hope everyone's doing ok and recovering well :-) i can't believe how quick the time has gone, just over two weeks PO for me now.
Still no gym but I'm joint to go next week as sick of feeling so gross and unfit! Has strict instructions to only do low impact lower body and no arms whatsoever. Only after 6 weeks can I go back to all adtivities. I've already signed up up a 4 week exercise plan to get me back into shape as soon as I get the nod from surgeon!
Other than that healing well. Morning boob still a killer and still not a fan of bedtime due to sleeping slightly raised. I am desperate to lie on my back or side but I just know I'm gonna wake up so numb hard and sore! I'm almost scared to go back to normal sleeping!
Boobs are doing great. The change from from week to two has been amazing! They already look bigger, not as high and just generally more full and natural looking. Can't wait to see what more changes are going to happen :-)
I still get a swelling and feeling of tightness late afternoon up to bedtime and taking paracetamol to try and help. I sometimes wonder if I'm doing a bit much as I have such a heavy work handbag and living in London you have to walk everywhere so it's prob not helping lumbering big heavy bag around...
Hope you are all ok anyway!!! Xxx

Leecylou your a I pic looks amazing trying to take a decent pic of mine but think they will look better in a bra in a couple of weeks though I bought some bras of eBay 32dd and 34dd but they don't seem to fit yet I seem to of gone from a 32 back to a 36 back I'm 3 weeks and a day now it's flying by the left has dropped just right needs to catch up still swollen at top. They are bigger than I thought just hope they don't look too big in vests or dresses when I can wear them but I'm getting used to them and they feel more normal now hope your feeling better zumboobs and hope all the new post ops and pre ops are doing well x

Hey girls!
Just wanted to drop a message in this group to say how everyone was getting on? I noticed my ticker is over 6 months now! Where has the time gone!
Not sure if you ladies still use this forum, but if so would love to hear how you are all getting on :) x
