Massive difference hey! Me and the nurses were laughing at my before pics this morning! It was quite surreal...there I was laughing about something that had got me down for so many years!! :)

Re: Picture trail up
It's been up and down...currently dosed up and not moving so all is OK (I say that lightly ha). Am settled on sofa for the night now, mum popped over for a bit this evening which helped take my mind of things :) It actually feels like bad mastitis that's the only way i can describe it, if that makes any sense?xx

Re: Picture trail up
Just noticed you had them done at THG? I'm having mine done there on the 14th January but I'm having an uplift! Did they provide u with everything u needed? I.e bandage etc? I'm unsure whether I need to buy sports bra or anything? Xx

They'll provide you with the band if you need the...they gave me two. Had to provide my own bra but they do sell the macoms there too! The entire experience there was fantastic, bar the fact the night nurse wouldn't let me have some crisps as I had already had my one bag haha! Xx

Re: Picture trail up
Haha don't worry about misspellings! A combo of phone and drugs and I'm surprised I'm even making sense haha.
Honestly though, everyone was truly lovely there, and I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome. They check on you a lot, and chat away with you if you're up to it. I know it gets bad reviews some times, but I really have nothing negative to say about my experience there. I should have left the room by 7am which is v early so be prepared, but as my lift home wasn't arriving until 10 I was very lucky to be able to stay in there until 9. Again, it wasn't a bother, they left me alone and never once made me feel as though I had overstayed my welcome :)
I bet you are so excited! Good news too is that discomfort is so much more bearable today so it really is a case of grinning and bearing it for the first few days. I'm also embracing the massive belly going on haha! Xx

Re: Picture trail up
The only thing that's driving me mad is not knowing how big I'll be (I'm having 410cc) I'm currently empty 34b/c I'm going under the muscle and having full anchor lift! Ouch!! Also I tend to suffer from panic attacks if my blood sugars are low so with me having to fast for so many hours I'm worried I'm going to start panicking wen I go to theatre :S xxx

Re: Picture trail up
Have you told them that? You'll likely be first in which means nil by mouth is far easier to manage. I wasn't allowed to eat after midnight, and no water after 5am. Surgery was scheduled for 8.30am. Or if you have to have medication to regulate that, I suspect they'll work around your meds schedule. Def worth checking with them to avoid unnecessary panic :)
You can see in my pics that I had absolutely no tissue to start with, so a blank canvas. I had 440 unders, and I am happy with my size, it's very natural on my frame. It really depends on the look you want. You have some tissue already and 410 is a very good sized implant so you won't be on the small side. I have no experience with lifts though and how that may influence end result, so it might be worth posting a question. There'll be a few on here who have had similar :)

Re: Picture trail up
Yes I did tell the care co-ordinater but Iv never actually been to the doctors with it as I didn't want to be put on medication! I have managed to manage it myself by deep breathing, tapping, drinking water and eating sugary foods! I'm sure I'll be fine but as soon as they knock me out with the anesthetic the better lol xxx

Re: Picture trail up
Congratulations Boobies2Be, sounds like you're doing pretty great.
I'd love to get your login details for your pic trail pretty please :D...
I'm struggling to get many pics which is disappointing but do have a couple.
Will put a trail together when I have a few more pics.
