Cohesive anatomical gel implant
Do these implants drop as they are about 2 inches away from my collar bone and pointing up like beetle headlamps. I hope they drop as time goes by. When I take my bra off they don't budge. They are like rocks. Feeling very dozy as well. That must be the codeine Good stuff that xxxxx

Re: Cohesive anatomical gel implant
There are 3 types of implants used in the UK. Cohesive which you have, highly cohesive and polyeurothane.
The only implants that don't drop due to their shell being made to instantly attach to the Breast tissue is the Polyeurothane. The other two, cohesive and highly cohesives WILL drop. This why there is so much importance placed on having a good sportsbra and having as little movement on your upper body as possible during the healing period. During the healing period these implants will drop into th pocket as soon as the swelling starts to settle and allow for them to start dropping and they'll attach themselves slowly to the Breast pocket.
Don't worry about them feeling like boulders stuck on your chest just now, this is perfectly normal they're not always going to be like that. They WILL drop and they WILL soften to feel almost natural. Xxx
