Hi all. On my first consult I thought my surgeon said 270cc .i think I was not listening properly. I went to see him last night for my second consult and told him I have an issue with size. He said he was going to put 370 cc and moderate profile plus anatomical in.
Omg I'm so excited. That should make me a nice DD !! I'm a c cup at the moment . He also said I can sleep flat on my back which is a releif. Wahooooo new boobies in 3 weeks . He said to buy Macom and he was also supplying me with a macom so I think 2 will be enough. Sorry if I'm going on. So excited

Ooooo I'm a 34 so I don't really want to be bigger than a DD . I showed him a photo of a very full DD and he seems to think that's what I will be. I can accept an E though . I wonder if it makes a difference with anatomical implants ?

Definitely bigger than a DD!

What I would say though is even though he says you can sleep flat, it will be uncomfortable, and actually the raised shoulders is to help drain the swelling, so it has its reasons. You don't have to be bolt upright, just shoulders above heart. An extra pillow is sufficient.

Yes I can imagine its uncomfortable. I will try a wedge pillow or something. I'm having drains so hope that will help .

I can't wait. And I'm looking forward to going bra shopping but not for a few months yet of course as have to let them compleatly heal. Do any of you find that you have to go up a dress size because of your boobs? I'm a 10 at the mo but thinking I won't be able to get in some of my tops xxx

Depends, I was a 32c/34B - I had 275cc unders - I'm now a 32E.  I'm a size 8 but mostly need to buy size 10 tops now.  I had to get ride of a lot of tops and dresses post BA but I waited a good 6-8 months for everything to settle.  I wear bra's daily but mostly if I'm wearing dresses - esp strapless I don't bother.  Good luck!

You seem much more excited now you have settled on implant size. dance
Size perceptions can be wrong, especially with surgeons who work in implant sizes rather than bra sizes, you've shown the surgeon pics of the look you are after, he will be aiming to get you the shape/look that you want, so bra size at the end of it is only really a number. XXX

Hi yes I showed him a picture of a full dd and he seems to think that a 360 cc will take me from a c to a dd. I'm a small frame and 5"4 size 10

I started off as an A cup and had similar implant size, I've ended up as an F cup! Everyone is different though x
