Overs or unders
Confused . The surgeon is recommending overs because I want a more fake look & do body building , however she mentioned I do not have much breast tissue . I would have thought that would be better to have unders in that case. ? I did question this and she said it would be fine. I'm very happy with everything that was said and actually wanted overs but just worried now . I'm going back to talk about size again . I have breast fed 3 children and breasts were e cup then so they have stretched before but I'm also extremely toned in the chest area and I don't know if that was also why she felt overs would be better
Hope this is in the right section? The surgeon is a spire one

Re: Overs or unders
Hehe I love how you originally wanted overs but then questioned it after being told you were having them :P I was exactly the same.
I think it's only natural to question and re question everything you're told. It's a big decision to make and you're obviously not rushing into it so you do right double checking.
As for breast tissue, you may not have much tissue, but she obviously thinks you have enough, especially considering the look you described to her. She's really knows what she's talking about and can figure out what implants you need for your body based on your needs/wants :D
Try and see as much of her work as possible, and even though everyone is different try and find someone who has similar stats to you and has gone for a similar look.
But like you said, ring back or go back and get the descisions explaineded to you further, they will be happy to reassure and discuss things with you again xxx

Re: Overs or unders
I was told to have overs as I do body building too x I don't have a lot of breast tissue up top but was told i had enough. 2 surgeons recommended unders and 2 overs. Also if you have unders there's more chance of seeing the implant when flexing pecs etc. I'm really pleased with my results and know if I'd had unders I'd have been waiting a lot longer to return to gym xx

Re: Overs or unders
I didn't have any choice because I had so little breast tissue, so I knew I was always going to have to have unders.
Your surgeon would not recommend overs if you did not have enough breast tissue.
Fwiw I am 4 weeks post op and have been back exercising for a couple of weeks now. I haven't started any chest exercises yet though, however everyday there is an improvement in my upper body strength. I also think the fitter you are before your surgery the quicker you recover x
