Breast Augmentation and Uplift + Losing Weight
Hi - I have lost around 6 stone and am booked in for this procedure next Wednesday.
I still want to lose around another stone - from tomorrow I am going to really not eat a lot to lose as much as I can before the big day but will it be ok to lose more weight once I've had the procedure?
I really want to tone up so yoga etc as opposed to drop a lot more weight.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
ALso how long before I can start sending private messages as I'd love to connect with anyone having the same procedure around the same time to compare recovery notes.
thanks xx

You can contact anyone you need to on the forum lovely whilst waiting for PMs to activate, just leave them a message in the appropriate forum with their name and reason as a title
You should be fine if you only have a stone left to lose Ruby, but I really wouldn't advise you not eating on the run up to your BA. A healthy diet is what is going to see you through a 'good' recovery hun and the better you eat, the better chance of a good recovery you have. Xx

Have to agree, make sure you are fit and well before the op
Re: Breast Augmentation and Uplift + Losing Weight
Also if you stop eating completely and start again after the op you'll just regain it quickly, definitely healthy eating for the win! Xx

Yep am trying to be healthy I don't think 7-10 lbs will make any difference anyway...
Not long to go now!
Feeling excited but very nervous - all worth it I'm sure! X

Hi ruby lily,
I know this is a really old post........ but can you tell me if you went ahead with op and lost a stone afterwards and did this affect your new boobs?
Kind regards,
Sam (in the same boat) x
