Click on the 6th box above your posting box

Click on upload a pic

Choose your pic then click upload

You'll then see 3 files

Choose the second box down, then right click on the mouse to copy

Then right click and paste into the posting box

Your picture should then appear in your post. You might want to click preview just to check before posting. Xx
