Had stitiches out today - day 14
Hi girls
Just back from the GP surgery where the fantastic nurse took out the dissolvable sutures. Well took out most of them as the rightie snapped and left a centimetre inside She said it's not a problem as they're dissolvable anyway - hope she's right.
It was the first time I'd seen my incisions and I feel a little queasy The nurse says they look good and I want to believe her! They seem to sit slightly higher than the crease but I hope as my boobs drop they will disappear. So now I must wait until 4 weeks and then start dousing them in oil or vit E cream I think. So much maintenance but in a very good cause!

I know I was a bit confused too My surgeon gave me the option to leave them be or whip them out at day 14 if the stitches felt tight, which they did. Maybe it's the Belgian way ???
