Why you should complain if your not happy!!

I had a BA and nipple lift on one side 2 months ago and I've healed really well and am really pleased with the size but my left nipple is still an inch lower than the right. At my last check up I mentioned it and my surgeon agreed that the result could of been better and I could have a re-op if I wanted but I'd have to pay some hospital costs which I was ok with. When I got a quote for the op they wanted £1700 and £500 was a surgeon's fee. I was really upset about how much it cost and thought about forgetting about having a reop as I was pleased with the results just a bit disappointed I paid so much extra money to have my nipple lifted but they still looked the same.

Anyway after a week I emailed them and said I was very upset that I'd paid so much already and it didn't seem like I was getting a discount at all and I had a phone call today saying they would do it completely free in April! I'm so pleased! One email saved me nearly £2k!!! Xxx

it should be done free! i just had mine redone and still they are not the same I'm not goin to go thru it again.

Aww I'm sorry to hear that, I hope they've improved a bit since the re-op. I'm really hoping itll be worth it and they'll be more symmetrical. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Xxx

That's good to know. I am waiting for a decision on my re-op and think they might try it on so I will definately fight for a free re-op if I have to x

Yay your back! How have you healed up? No problems I hope?

I'm so glad I said something, I wasn't sure if I was expecting perfection at first but Im glad I questioned it. I am happy with them, I just hope this op make them a bit better. I'm kinda looking forward to more GA and morphine!! Xxx
