Nervous Nerys

Post by ocean411 on 1st February 2009, 10:57 am

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site tonight and have been reading your stories - some hilariously funny and some very touching. I am 41, had ba 8 years ago and due to ageing, skin stretching etc I feel my boobs are now saggy, heavy and quite matronly so I have booked to have more surgery in April. Originally I had 375 teardrop overs and I am quite nervous because I am having those removed, a lollipop uplift and smaller implants put in, poss 325 round overs. I was wondering if anyone had had anything similar done? How they found the experence? Scarring, discomfort etc?? I would really like my boobs to be perter with more fullness on the top part...has anyone got ny advice about which type of implant would help achieve this? I am having Alex Karidis do my op.....has anybody used him??
Any comments would b so nice...

thanks girls xx

Welcome hunny, sorry I'm a bit late to the discussion but just wanted to say maybe rounds would give you he fullness at the top hat you want.

Teardrops are fuller at the bottom so perhaps having round overs would give you he upper pole fullness. If you post and ask girls who have round overs you can perhaps compare your teardrops to the rounds and see if thats the look your going for?

Also... what has Mr Kardis recommended you have?

Thanks for all your welcome messages girls....everyone is so friendly, it's really nice to have your support. I've still got 6 weeks to go till my op so loggin in periodically to read the posts. I am definately having round implants this time so I am hoping that your right and i will get some upper pole fullness but I am going back to se Ak mid march for a chat about size etc etc
Tinyme - I am paying about £8k for my op which involves a bit more cos i'm replacing and uplifting, i think my sister paid around £4500 - £5k for her ba with him last year xx

ah thats good, good luck with your consult... feel free to stick your dates in the calendar and let us know what he says, it'd be interesting to see which size he recommends for you x

hi hun

i CAN help you with the lift!! lol

i had my lift at my first op though but it might help you to have a look anyway..

i had a doughnut lift so just had insisions all the way round the nipples but its pulled my saggy boobs right back up to where they used to be before my children ate them.. :)

i had 365 round implants. the surgeon did want to use tear drop but i said no, i like you wanted the fullness at the top, i love that look...

i have some pics at http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/view?username=kellyrobbo

i'll pm you the password hun..

good luck!!
