Hey everyone :) well just been to see my gp and told her my situation and I found that if I want a boob job done on the nhs i have to loose 2 stone :/ so im hoping i can do it within 12 weeks and then get put on the waiting list :D

glad that your appointment went well hun, im sure like misf1 says you can do it. we will all be here supporting you. Did the doctor say anything about waiting list times?

ive used slimming world in the past, green days and red days and it really worked for me lol they used to say that 2lbs a week was good and healthy to lose, and they were a good support group too. i wish you the best of luck! we r here to cheer u on x

Hope the weight loss goes well. My hubby used tesco meal replacements and did really really well xx

Hi there... Dont know if it helps but I also used slimming world and lost 3 stone in about 4 months.... I did put most of it back on again though!... i then went to weight watchers and lost it again over a longer period of time and have kept it off apart from 1/2 stone... Moral of my story is that is it do-able if you set your mind to it. I didnt even have a reason...i just decided one day that i was fed up feeling frumpy. I was a 14/16 and now an a 10! So wish you lots of luck x

well Iv been told that I have to or im going to be crippled in a few years with my big boobs and back pain, but im being put on a 12 week fitness course starting on friday so im aiming to loose 2 stone in 12 weeks. Down to a size 10?! blooy hell I cant remember the last time I was a size 10 :s x

aww thankyou cookie <3 well I see my fitness instructor on friday, phisiotheapist next week so the weight should be falling off pretty soon I hope x

Aw hun, your get there. I lost 2 stone in 3 4 months and i had a fitness instructor, didnt do anything drastic, except for cutting down my food portion, low carbs, high protein and at the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours.

well iv cut down a lot of my food, dont eat any of the stuff I used to eat anymore, and my personal fitness dude will keep me on track on friday :) xx
