Aw sorry to hear that. Have you tried weight watchers it worked for me before and was easy to follow. Good luck :D I have a stone and a half to lose... seems really scary. Hope i get there eventually.

my sister in law is doing weight watchers and has lost almost 1st in 4 wks, she's not evengoing to the gym or anything she's just changed what she's been eating and cutting out some wine lol!!
