Awww Jane, so very sorry to read you're still going through all of this complaint letter- help 571992

You'll need to make your letter as informative as possible hun, if you can include detailed pics to asist your letter that would be a help too.

Include in your letter your consultation details and if you can, dates with your surgeon and the findings from your surgeon on those dates, then give in full including as much description in detail as you can the resoning for the letter. End your letter with what you're wanting from writing this letter of complaint hun and be firm in what you're requesting. The more details you can provide the better this be.

You may find from your letter you're either declined or that you're made an 'offer' to resolve the problem, this could mean a part payment would be required by yourself for the re-op, 'if' this happens 'refuse!' don't accept that at all and write back again telling them that you don't find it acceptable and if forced to you will take legal advice.

I hope you don't have to suffer any further than this first letter of complaint though babe and that you get the re-op you need.

If we can help further just ask away hun. xx

if you send me your email ill forward you a copy of mine... just so you can see how its worded and the lay-out etc....

its always good to start a letter politely ans end it in the same way.
