Strange question - who noticed your new boobs!
Whilst I cannot wait go get my new boobs (waiting about 20yrs now!!) I won't be telling family about them i.e. my sister, dad, etc. Does this sound strange? We're a close family but I know they'd think I'm nuts and I'd never hear the end of it. So I'm hoping to go to a D cup from an A/B cup. Half of me would like to go bigger, but I really don't want people to look at me and say OMG she's had a boob job. I'm getting my BA done for me!! Any thoughts? Is the difference before and after really noticeable?? Thanks for any comments and hope this makes sense!

Hi! I used to wear A LOT of padding pre op and because I only had small implants I don't really look much different in clothes, which was lucky as I only told a few people. Nobody else noticed at all, not even my mum! If you want to make it less noticeable just gradually start increasing the amount of padding you wear a few months before your op. Xx

Nobody has noticed mine, thank goodness! I only told a few people & those that know have said that they really wouldn't have realised if I hadn't. I only had small implants too (270cc) - in clothes they look about the same as my padded bras - which is exactly what I wanted! I think it may become more obvious once the sports bra comes off & I start wearing vests/bikinis but I think you'll be surprised at how little attention other people give your boobies! Obviously if you have giant implants I'm sure many more people will notice!

Nobody has COMMENTED on mine, but whether they have noticed or not, I will never know unless I ask them if they have and that sort of defeats the point, doesn't it ;)
Generally people are quite polite and even when I was thinking 'there is no way they can NOT notice in these clothes', they always kept quiet, because they are afraid of being rude. Family may be harsher but in the end they'll have to bite the bullet even if they don't like it.
Make sure you go for the size you WANT. Not the size that you think will not be noticed or will not be disapproved of. If the latter is the deciding factor, then eventually you'll probably be unhappy. A lifetime of satisfaction with one's size is well worth a few embarrassing moments with family and friends as they notice.
Go for it! :)

i told all my family and most of my friends, but i dont think many people would have noticed if i hadnt said anything. Even though they r a lot bigger ( c to an ff) i had previously been an e cup a few years ago. so poeople hadnt even realised i had gone to a c cup, cos i wore padding. xx

Im having my op for me and no one else but i think i would like people to notice, maybe comment as in oh they look nice or something along those lines! im wondering though if maybe i will be slightly embarrassed or self consious at people looking as all of us non breasted ladies will know that you dont get alot of eye wandering south from the men at the moment! will be a competely new experience at that possibly unusual but i suppose we all have to wait and see what happens!

i had to hide my BA from my dad whom i live with, and it was a piece of cake as the size i got is how i looked in those extra gel padded bras. Like the other girls have suggested, mayeb start wearing padding before your BA, it will get people used to it. I actually sometimes think i look smaller than how i did in padded bras!! No one at work has noticed either. So dependant on the size you go for you will be fine, i could have got away with a bigger implant also. Very easy to hide them! xx
