Oh no... My peircings won't budge...wat do I do?

My Tongue stud and Tragus stud are not budging. They are fixed but of course from an infection control and safety aspect I gotta remove them but I can't...they will not budge

Have you tried undoing them with rubber gloves on? I normally find that gives me enough grip to undo them. I'm hoping I can wear plastic tongue bars? I've also got my tongue web pierced and I'm really hoping I won't have to take that out!! Xx

Wow u got the webpeirced?! I had two Tongue studs but took one out ...found it unhygienic lol. Ul prob have to take ur wen piercing out as they use an tube and it's gonna depress ur tongue and hurt u. Dont take my word for it tho.

I remember that happening to me as well but that was so long ago I dont remember what I did

I think I just kept on trying and it eventually let go, have you tried asking your OH to do? I know this sounds weird but try two small pairs of pliers on each end

I completely forgot about my tragus and I've also got a bar through the top of my ear as well, and they weren't coming out so they just gave me surgical tape to cover it during the surgery and it wasn't a problem.

Worth giving them a call if you've got time before your surgery!

Not sure about the tongue though!

I have my tongue done twice too, Ive had it for 10 years and I love them do I really want to keep them! Maybe I can get a plastic bar through my web, it's a very small ring so I can't imagine it'll hurt. My ba is pencilled in for sept 19th, I have my second consultation on Tuesday!! So fingers crossed it all goes well and I can get it booked!!

Pliers will probably work just watch you dont pinch your tongue!! Ouch!! Xx

oh dear.. good idea to try with gloves on..might give you a bit more grip on it

when i had my c-sec.. they put tape over my ear studs as it would of taken ages to get them all out.. lol

Lol thanks. Im gonna micropore my ear and tell them my Tongue stud is secure if can't remove it I'l sign a form. But I cannot see therube unsrwering the balls lol. But for other things I know y it's dangerous. I have such a headache but cant sleep.

the rubber gloves sound like a plan, otherwise ring your clinic hun, n tell them your struggling, they may just give you some tape x

Hey hun, Iv been dolan park quite a few times and every time they was adamant i had to take my tongue bar out. i took mine out just before i went to surgery and straight in when got out, but havent got that worry now as iv removed it anyway. couldnt u nip in to a local piercing shop and ask them to lossen it??
and with your tragus i was allowed to cover with tape, iv tried and tried to get mine out but the ball is on tight, so mine has always been taped up. let us no how u get on xxx

I managed my Tongue stud with clives and taped my Tragus and down below piercing. They were adamant!! nope

I struggled to get my down below piercing out I asked if I could just keep in after all there was no reason for them to be down that low but they insisted I took it out... I could understand having to take my tounge bar out but not the other lol...... I got it out eventually however putting it back in was interesting lolx x x x

Nah I told them well inm not being carhereised so there's no reason. I tapes it as thought I wouldn't put in in as arms will be painful. Remember to remove tape when u go for wee lol.

The nurses are lovely they chatted etc. In nhs u don't get that as do busy!

Boobs ate feeling v heavy kno as apathetic wearing off but it's discomfort and coz the blood rushing to them. And I'm allowed to sleep flat mire or less
