3 weeks, uneven dropping? Anyone else???
Hi girls!
Haven't been on for a while, ppl staying over, lots at work and trying to take care of the new boobies kept me busy/.....
Ok, I am 3 weeks post-op now, had a check-up w the surgeon and he gave me an upper pole strap. Said everything looked fine, happy with everything I've done and so on.
My right (non-)breast was tighter than the left to begin with and he said that it may take longer to "settle" So I shouldn't worry........but I do!
I have been massaging my boobs for a week, trying to wear the strap as tight and often as possible, but the right is still not getting closer to the left dropwise.
Has anyone else had this?

if your surgeon says you should't worry, don't! As other people have said on here, each boob should be treated like a separate operation and will heal/drop in its own time. Especially with unders it's very common that they drop at different times. You still have so many changes to go through, don't worry hun x

hey hun,
i feel exactly the same as you, i'm 3weeks postop today and my right boobie hasn't dropped half as much as my left...which looks great but i've read so many posts like this. I'm guessing my right has't dropped as much due to me being right handed and i use the muscles in the right alot more than the left and therefore the muscles are tighter and hav not relaxed as much. Hoping they will both even out over the next couple of weeks as the one that hasn't dropped looks bigger than the other
so confusing, be good to know what others think

I have heard of this happening with quite alot of the girls so please try not to worry yourself, it's still early days and you've so many changes to go through yet, it takes months for your final result to show so trust your surgeons words that you will be ok, it's just taking a little longer to settle, good luck hun

This is normal hun if one was a bit diff/tighter/higher before op then it will be the same after, but it wont be noticeable to others x

Hiya Hun
I feel the same, its still very early days for me but my leftie seems to do a lot more than my righty so i think it will settle much quicker.
When are you supposed to start massaging my surgeon wanted me to try and do it after a week but said if its too sore then leave it a while should i start now?

My righty was the same, smaller pre op so it ached alot more, its normal for them to drop at different rates as they are two seperate ops, wearing the strap should help hun, let us know x

my lefty was bigger and higher than the other but it soon dropped into place, now that's dropped, my righty is slightly higher, think that has a bit more dropping to do. xx
