..is not fun right now!

How long was it till you were sleeping normally? Or atleast on your side?

I keep slipping down at the moment which means I'm practically on my back which isn't TOO bad but not exactly comfortable, lol!

I'm on day 19 and still on my back. I try putting a pillow against my side so if I do go on my side my boob isn't squashed against the mattress. But its uncomfortable so prefer to stay on my back. Xxx

Hi angellauren, do you have a v-pillow? If not, try placing 3 pillows in a form of an upside-down triangle and lay in the middle. I learnt this tip on here.

My first op I was on my back for months! Then my second one im almost back on to my belly again after 3 weeks...it's not completely comfortable and pain free, and I probably shouldn't be, but I just can't stand sleeping on my back anymore!

I'm going to hate sleeping on my back as I always sleep on my front. It's going to be a nightmare lol x

Sleeping! Empty Re: Sleeping!

I was lying completely flat from night 14 and on my side every now and again but I still am not completely comfy on my side, maybe it is because I had big implants though.

I am pretty resigned to the fact I am now a back sleeper.

Sleeping! Empty Re: Sleeping!

Post by Cat007 3rd March 2012, 9:48 pm

I've always been a side/front sleeper so was not looking forward to having to sleep on my back, but with 3 pillows under my head and shoulders a massive squashy cushion under my knees it's not too bad. I wake up once a night desperate to turn over, but dropping both knees to one side on the cushion and turning my head slightly helps.
