Front fastening post BA bras?
I am starting to compile everything I need for when I have my BA, I know I have 5 months to go but I just can't help myself! I've got pretty much everything I need to get but I've been looking for some good front fastening sports bras for after my surgery?
Anyone know of any good websites/places where I can get one or two? or ant other type of bra that you found useful?

Re: Front fastening post BA bras?
Just a quick question - I have just bought the Asda low impact sports bras for doing the rice boobies experiment and looking at several ladies post op photos I think they have been wearing the same Asda bra - but read on here somewhere else that the sports bras need to be high impact - so won't my cheapy Adsa ones be any good? - doesn't really matter about the money as only cost £4 each but I obviously I will need to get prepared and buy some more.

Re: Front fastening post BA bras?
Just follow the advice given by your clinic/surgeon jellytot. A lot of women wear Asdas sportsbras and are very happy with them, but a lot of clinics/surgeons do recommend high impact sportsbras for your post-op recovery.
Just ask if they're suitable hun and if your surgeon is happy for you to wear them post-op then they'll be fine. My surgeon was specific that he wanted me to wear a high impact sportsbra, so that's exactly what I wore. xxx

Re: Front fastening post BA bras?
Ok thanks cookie - I will phone his secretary and get her to ask him as I haven't got another appointment now before the big day.
Am waiting at the moment for the Nuffield to ring back to see if they will do a telephone pre-op assessment as my consultant said I was fit and healthy and could just arrive a little earlier on the day! Don't really want to go to Bristol an extra time a week before Xmas as not a confident driver - may have to do park and ride and then walk to hospital but it is quite a way out of the city!
