flu making my boobies hurt

Post by Georgie_797 on 16th November 2010, 7:39 am

Iv unfortunatly come down with a nasty bug .. like flu and sickness together been layed up for the last couple of days.
My boobs seem to be suffering from this too :( My nipples are realy sore, my scars are really sore and my bras hardly fit. Also Im not able to keep food down so just trying to drink lots of water .. will the lack of nutrients affect my new assets? Im only 3 weeks post op so not the best time for this to strike!

Awww hunni, have you been to the doctors? Your boobs will be fine babe, but you do need to take care of yourself, if you have a constant cough or constantly being sick that's bound to make your chest feel sore.

If you haven't been already hun, then go see your GP, hopefully they can give you something to at least help with the sickness Hug xx

Oh Georgie hun xxxxxxxxxxxx Feel so sorry for you - everyones right you should insist on seeing your GP or practice nurse, as there must be something you can take which will make you feel better.

In the meantime, pre op I thought I was going down with a cold so drank lots of boiled water with lemon juice, grated ginger and manuka honey - seemed to do the trick and have had no sore throat or cold since!

Hope you feel better soon and get plenty of bed rest hun xxxxx
