You'll be able to achieve a natural look from either implant hun.

The Allergan CUI is a standard implant with a ten year guarantee for ruptures and capsular contracture. Meaning that if the you were unfortunate to suffer either of those complications then Allergan will replace the implants free of charge.

Allergan Naturelles are an FDA approved implant with a lifetime guarantee for ruptures and capsular contracture. They are considered a superior implant and you will pay more for these. xx

If you do get cc or rupture then with cui they will only replace implant. With Natrelles they replace the implant and £700 towards surgery.
I was told by my surgeon that feel/look was much the same it depends more upon what kind of guarantee you want.

Hi there,

I decided on the Natrelles (overs) and have a very natural look and am very happy with them. I couldnt say on the CUI's as i havent had them but as far as i can see everyone on here who has had them has been happy with the results. One main reason i went for the Natrelles is because i had pips before and wanted the extra security with the warantee, in comparison these feel much better than pips, but of course they wernt manufactured correctly.

for what its worth, the Nagor implants used as standard at mybreast come with a lifetime guarantee too
