2 days post op...sports bra is getting TIGHT!

Ladies I am in a 34E sports bra and it is starting to feel tight. After the op I guess because I had ice over my boobies I had no swelling but now I am home the swelling has started. I have now completely filled the cups and the band is starting to pinch.....should I jump up a back size i.e. 36" and stay the same cup 36E or should I go up a back size but down a cup 36DD?? I don't know what to do for the best.....help please!? x x

what about getting a bra extender hun? i found them great as i only needed to go up a back size for a few days

These bra expanders sound a great idea for post op swelling, I've seen them in M&S Hun x

Thank you. I had to change into my 34F bra it was not only getting tight around the bust but the cups were feeling tight too. I defo need a bigger band width though as it still feels tight! Will take a look at ebay right now. x
