If it's finance you're looking into hunni, or a loan, you need to work out how much money you can afford to pay back each month. Work out your incomings and outgoingings, evaluate what's left and if you can afford to take this route.

If you're already struggling for cash (as it seems from reading you on your 'MyBreast thread') and have no means of paying back any kind of a loan as you don't have anything left to spare, then you might need to consider putting off your BA until you're in a better financial position to proceed hun or that your BA might take a little longer than expected, it's really not in your best interest to take out a loan or finance if you're unable to make the repayments hun.

Many ladies, some here, have taken years to save for their BA, squirreling away any extra cash they might have had and going without a lot to enable them to fund their augmentation.

It might take a long time saving in this way (years for those who did it this way, I think misf1 persevered this way to achieve her BA), but ultimately if you want your new boobs, you'll get there as others have before you sweetness. xx

I can afford to put a £750 deposit down as soon as I get my bursary, but I'd like to pay it off in finance, I just can't get finance, no where will have me :( I'll just have to give like half of my wages away each month or hope I win the lottery.

i'd say if you can't get a loan/finance then your best bet is to save for a while or build up a credit history and take out a loan that's affordable.

Based on what you said here hunni and from what you said in your 'mybreast thread' -

Well I am getting a £1,500 bursary off the university soon and I earn around £600 a month.

If you keep the £750 as you mentioned above, then add to that savings of 11 months of half your wages every month of £300 you then will have a total of £4,050 saved.

In eleven months time you'll be ready to get your boobs based on the excess cash you say you have each month hun - That's not a long time to wait sweetness, but do you realise that you'll only be left with £300 a month? spread that over a 4 week period (month) you're left with only £75 a week babe. Is that enough to pay your rent, buy food, clothes, bus fares/taxis, nights out with your mates, etc for 11 months? . xx

If you start saving right now you'll have the money soon enough, and if you're still a little unsure about having your BA it'll give you more time to think aswell. xx

It's a really bad idea to use your bursary to pay for part of your BA. You can't afford the repayments on your wages. Save up, you're young enough to wait another year xx

I agree with what the girls are saying, you will have to be very disciplined, but if you want to save, then it is amazing what you can do once you have put your mind to it, even if it means no new clothes or luxuries for a period of time. x

I agree with the other girls hun - you really shouldn't be spending your bursary on getting a boob job, it's meant to help you survive whilst your studying. Imagine how rewarding it will feel when you finally have the boobies of your dreams and you have the knowledge you paid for them all yourself, and that you worked hard to save up the money. It definitely won't take too long. xxx

As cookie said it took me years to be able to afford my BA. I didn't earn enough, I was in uni, and then finally when I had a good job, I had no savings/debt some bad debt. I am however, even with my poor credit history able to get a contract phone, if you can't get that there is no way you will get credit. I applied for finance with a company for mine and went to a few consultations, but I was turned down and couldn't have my BA and after 2 years of saving (very little) my boyfriend at the time (who had an excellent credit rating) agreed to put it on his credit card. I gave him what I had saved and I paid him as much money as I could but at least £200 a month.
