help... my boobs are still hard

ok basiccly im 5weeks post op...im still quite hard and a little sore( not totall sore,just a little bit) and im worried incase i have cc!!!! its hard for me cos i had my ba in doncaster which is 7hours away and my consultation in newcastle which is 5hours away!! so i cant just go and ask? that was the nearset place for me to go. i went with mya. i just dont know how your boobs are ment to feel after 5weeks?i know they wont be fully recoverd obv but can anyone tell me how they felt? im just getting a little worried that they are still pritty hard , im not sure if i had even dropped yet! x x x x

Hi, being only 5 weeks PO its still very eary days. Im not sure of your stats but if you had very little breast tissue to start with, adding an implant in will result in your boobs being very solid for a while. Mine are very soft at the top but much harder/firmer at the bottom as much less breast tissue covering them.

As for CC it def wont be this at such early stages, its takes months/years to develop. If im correct ukplasticsurgeon said it usually is more noticable/developes around the 12 months mark (dont quote me though lol).

Early days!!! I always think it is best to call and ask at the clinic for your own peace of mind. I thought I would have immovable hard footballs for ever Rolling Eyes

I thought about this the other day as I noticed mine feeling more soft. I am 4 months post op. And this is the thoughts that I came up with to decribe how they feel. ( bearing in mind I dont know how they should feel)? They have gone from:

Footballs
Wine gums
Fruit pastiles
Jelly babies

Mine are unders and cohesive gel... and they stayed on the football stage till around 7 weeks I think. Hope this is some help.. dont kow how else to describe Hug xx

I wouldn't worry yet hun, cc doesnt usually occur so early but i would call or email your clinic/ps for some advise. Mine were very firm until about 2 months as i was so flat! x

Hehe! Love it! So true. My boobies are (Ithink) 5 weeks old now (I need to check my own ticker!!) and mine are still most definitely at the firm stage!

Mine are only 3 weeks and def firm! I wouldn't say footballs tho... more like an inflatable mattress lollllll
