Mondors Cord

Post by MilliePig on 11th August 2010, 9:49 am

After my trauma's of still not showering yesterday because the incompetent nurse couldn't give me a straight answer - thanks to resident surgeon James for putting my mind at ease!

I've taken off my dressings tonight because they were pratically hanging off anyway and I have mondors cord under my leftie! What do I do? x

I found this to find out what it is!
http://www.breast-plastic-surgery.org/mondors-cord.html

maybe it was caused by having your dressings on for so long??

Had the same thing and totally gone now. I was told to do nothing it's just a swollen blood vessel.
