Received a letter from my GP today.......

Post by vicki22 on 10th August 2010, 9:11 am

Well following seeing my GP last Thursday i received a letter from him today saying the following:

Further to your recent consultation, on review of your records, i note you have previously been turned down for funding for a breast augmentation, (back in 2008). i will write to the out of area treatment panel again to request further consideration of this procedure.

so i thought it was positive that i am being kept informed, not sue if i should write a reply letter thanking him and telling him how i feel?

would anyone reccomend this xx

A reply letter would be a good idea, however i wouldnt go on about how you feel in a letter as he will all ready know when you seen him. You dont want to appear desperate if you know what i mean xxxx

i'd say there's no great need to reply to him. he's just keeping you informed and making sure things are on record. he knows how you feel from your visit and any other records
