Post Surgery Band Advice
I'm 5 days post op and finally beginning to feel human again - think I seriously under estimated the pain!
Anyway, just wondering if anyone else was given a strap/band to wear over the top of their boobs? My PA said to wear it during the day for 3 weeks but it's really uncomfortable and gives me back ache not to mention it's unsightly under clothes.
I've been wearing it for say 80% of the time but I do need a break from it or I would be in agony. Is this right? or maybe I need bigger one?

Re: Post Surgery Band Advice
They're awful aren't they hun but do help in encouraging the breasts to drop into a natural shape if your surgeon feels it's necessary.
I think I read you're back at clinic tomorrow for your 1st post-op appointment?
You could mention how uncomfortable you're feeling to the nurse at the clinic then hun and see what they suggest for you babe, but until you've been seen I'd wear it as instructed. xx

Aw hun, I didn't have one but as cookie said you should wear it as instructed until you see your surgeon/nurse at you post op appointment.
