boobs in opposite directions??

Post by izzie37 on 18th July 2010, 4:12 am

Hi, i know this has probably been asked loads of times before, and i have probably mentioned it myself, but i am 16 days PO now, and my left boob is lower, bigger and the nipple is pointing outwards?? what on earth is going on..is this ok, i am getting in touch with my clinic tomorow but i just wondered if anyone else had experienced it, i also think they have shrunk, which i dont want..If left has dropped then its dropped into a weird position, and it is still the more uncomfortable one, i cant feel the implant in the right at all, but the left its pushing on my muscle really bad, painkillers do help a bit.

just looking for reassurance really, that there isn't something awful going on.

Hi hun, it's quite normal for your boobs to be a bit uneven, especially so early in your recovery. They will heal differently but should even out. They can take up to a year to heal and settle fully.
