Oooh this is good news.

I bought one of their sports bras for the gym. It is really good and my boobs don't move in it at all. It does look like a hammock though!

I found M&S sportsbras to be the best after my augmentation, held my boobs really securely and felt very snug in them, so I'm not at all surprised to red this. xx

Brilliant news for all the pre op girls deciding which bra to get. I've never had one but have read nothing but excellent things about the M&S sports bra, so I am not surprised

Can anyone advise me which ones from Marks and Spencers? I'm so confused lol Will racer back be suitable for surgery day (6 days left).
I had ordered Shock Absorber ones (Racer back with the clips though) but just read my emails today as they should have been here by now and they are not actually in stock. Getting kinda stressed now :-( I'm hoping to be a full 34C, does this mean buy 34C and 34 D.

Thanks

JJB just started a sale and they got some shock absorbers and adidas sports bras in the sale. Ive been wearing the asda sports bra since my op and ive just taken it off as the stitching detail at the bottom kept catching my stitches and really hurt. now wearing asda post surgery bra and is alot better now. there alot cheaper than the m&s ones, so id say get a m&s one and a few asda ones for variety

Thanks everyone! Very helpful as usual. I have ordered two of the above 36 C and D (normally 34 but tried some on earlier in M&S and 34 tight?)
Also got a zip front one from the store tonight (A complete steal at £2) which I think is being discontinued as they have a newer style.

Very eventful and was told several times at the check out by the woman who classed herself as the expert that I didn't look a C. I was like yep, I know. She went on and on with huge sympathetic eyes like I was a first class dunce lol, obviously I just kept agreeing lol and then she asked who they were for etc- In the end I told her it was none of her business and it was at that point I seen the D lying at the till for £2. Her face was a picture when I said I'd take that too lol Think I'll make a very special effort to return and be measured there when I am in normal 34 C/D bras!!!!! Very funny, but also very frustrating. Thankfully I was on a bit of a high and excited about buying the bras and she wasn't going to spoil it!!!

Cheeky bint! I'd have loved to have seen her face when you purchased the D cup as well!
